Returns & Refunds
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Please note:
- We do not offer free returns.
- Refunds will be processed promptly, minus the original postage cost, unless we are at fault.
Availability
If a product is out of stock, please use the ‘Get Notified When Back in Stock’ option next to the item.
You can also fill out our contact form to request a restock. Since we offer a wide range of products, some items may take a little longer to return—but letting us know helps us speed things up.

Lead Time
All orders are typically shipped within 3 days of being placed. If you selected a fast shipping option at checkout, your order will be shipped accordingly.
Should an item be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will email you with an update, including the reason for the delay. You’ll also have the option to cancel your order if you wish.
If your order is a gift, we’re happy to ship it to a different address and include a greeting card. Just email us with the recipient’s details and your message.
Hairband Lengths
Due to the variety of fabrics we use, some hairbands may vary slightly in length. Bulkier or shinier fabrics may require a longer length to allow the twist to sit comfortably.
We understand there’s no such thing as a standard-size head! If you need a bespoke version of our headwear to fit you better, simply fill out the form on our contact page—there’s no extra charge.
Re-Wire Service
If the wire in your well-loved Be Bop hairband has broken or lost its shape over time, we offer a free re-wiring service. Just cover the postage cost.
This issue is rare, but it can happen with hairbands that get a lot of use!
